Summer Research Program on Single-Cell RNA-Seq

This program was intense but so worth it. The instructors did an awesome job breaking down complex scRNA-seq concepts, and the hands-on labs were super helpful. I feel so much more confident in my ability to analyze single-cell data for my own research now.

This summer research program was fantastic and genuinely one of the best learning experiences I've had. Getting hands-on experience with real single-cell RNA-seq data analysis was so much more engaging than just reading about it. The mentors were incredibly supportive and really helped guide us through our projects without just giving us the answers.
