Summer Research Program on Single-Cell RNA-Seq

This summer research program was exactly what I needed to get hands-on with single-cell RNA-seq analysis. The mentors were super approachable and the projects were challenging but rewarding. I feel way more confident now in my bioinformatics skills and even made some great connections for future research.

This program gave me hands-on experience with single-cell RNA-seq analysis that I couldn't have gotten from lectures alone. The mentors were approachable and helped me troubleshoot my own dataset, which was huge for my confidence. I came out with a solid foundation in bioinformatics and a project I'm proud to present.

This program was intense but so worth it. The instructors did an awesome job breaking down complex scRNA-seq concepts, and the hands-on labs were super helpful. I feel so much more confident in my ability to analyze single-cell data for my own research now.

This summer research program was fantastic and genuinely one of the best learning experiences I've had. Getting hands-on experience with real single-cell RNA-seq data analysis was so much more engaging than just reading about it. The mentors were incredibly supportive and really helped guide us through our projects without just giving us the answers.
