Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes — all monthly plans are cancel-anytime. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account dashboard. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period.
Is there a free trial available?
We offer a 7-day free trial on monthly subscription plans. During the trial you have full access to everything included in your chosen plan. Your card is not charged until the trial ends.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via Stripe. PayPal is also available at checkout. All prices are in USD.
Can I switch plans after subscribing?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (you are charged a pro-rated amount). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I get a certificate when I complete a course?
Completion certificates are issued for all courses on the Professional and Ruby plans. Certificates are PDF documents with a unique verification ID, making them suitable for CVs and LinkedIn profiles.
What is the difference between Professional and Ruby?
Both plans give you access to everything on the platform. The Ruby plan adds Single-Cell RNA-seq analysis courses, all hands-on advanced tutorials, and priority 1-on-1 mentorship. Ruby is billed annually at $239.99/yr — roughly $20/month — representing significant savings over Professional.
