BioCode is hiring a Bioinformatics researchers with a keen interest and experience in Drug Discovery, Proteomics, Genomics, NGS pipelines and cancer-research-related experience.

Job Description:

You will be working on cancer genomics projects such as drug discovery, vaccine discovery, variant calling, RNA-seq analysis, subtractive genomics and others — end to end pipelines will be employed by the candidate. More information will be shared during the short selection of the candidates.

Experience:

• At least 1 paper or documented proof of past experience with Bioinformatics/Drug Discovery/NGS/genomics work.
• Great bioinformatics skills especially in Bioinformatics and its subfields.
• Python/R/Linux (any 1 is a must)
• Excellent communication and writing skills required
• Must have a MS degree (minimum) in Bioinformatics
