Whether you're new to this field or an experienced professional, our program provides comprehensive and practical training suitable for varying skill levels. The most exciting aspect? You don't need any previous experience or coding knowledge to participate!

Immerse yourself in a comprehensive exploration of Single-Cell RNA-seq through our program. Delve into an array of captivating topics that encompass its pipeline and analysis techniques. Acquire a profound grasp of gene expression's importance, along with insights into cellular and tumor heterogeneity. Navigate the distinctions between bulk RNA-sequencing and single-cell RNA-sequencing, all while gaining a treasure trove of knowledge about cutting-edge technologies such as 10x Genomics, Smart-Seq, Drop-seq, and beyond!

Training Delivery
Online through Google Meet (twice a week, 2 hours/class)
Student will be added on BioCode’s company Slack channel
